Jan Hanchar, who joined the PNW Human Resources Department in 1996, will serve as the new associate Vice Chancellor of Human Resources, effective July 1. Currently director of Human Resources, she is responsible for shaping HR strategies. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the Krannert School of Management in West Lafayette with a concentration on Strategic Management, Finance and Employment Law and worked as an accountant before joining PNW.
