Quinn Carter doesn’t plan to get much rest during spring break and that’s ok with her.
“I’m going to be working probably the whole time,” said Carter, a sophomore English major. “In whatever spare time I have, I’ll probably do some hobbies like art or [play] Dungeons & Dragons.
“I don’t have any plans to go out of town or spend time with friends. It would be nice if I had something fun to do for the break, but I’m fine with just going to work,” she said.
Some students have made elaborate plans to travel or hang out with friends during the week-long vacation. But Carter said she’s happy just staying off campus and out of classes.
“For the most part, I’ll be working,” she said.
